2. Hosting of the Website
Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you access our website, technical data is automatically processed by Vercel to ensure secure and stable delivery of the website. This may include: - IP address - Date and time of request - Requested URL - Referrer URL - Browser type and version - Operating system The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and efficient website delivery). Data may be transferred to the United States. Vercel relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
3. Google Analytics (GA4)
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics is only activated after your explicit consent via our consent management platform (Usercentrics). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). GA4 helps us understand how visitors use our website. IP anonymization is enabled. Data may be transferred to the United States. Google uses Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for such transfers. The AmmoKeep mobile app is designed as an offline-first application. All inventory data, consumption logs, and cost records are stored locally on your device. No user account is required and no cloud synchronization is used. We do not collect, transmit, or store personal ammunition or inventory data on external servers.
6. In-App Purchases
If you purchase AmmoKeep Pro, payment processing is handled exclusively by: - Google Play (Google Ireland Limited) - Apple App Store (Apple Distribution International Ltd.) We do not receive or process payment details such as credit card information. We only receive information about whether a purchase was successfully completed to unlock Pro features. Processing by Google or Apple is subject to their respective privacy policies and is performed under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).
7. Data Retention
Server log data is retained by our hosting provider only as long as necessary for security and operational purposes. Google Analytics data is retained according to configured GA4 retention settings (currently up to 14 months). App data remains on your device until you delete the app or manually remove data.
